Helping a mass popular ice-cream fit in with its new glamourous points of sale
Creambell India was looking to relaunch their existing products in a new avatar to tap into the institutional channels like airports, restaurants & modern trade.
While Creambell is one of the leading ice-cream brands in the country, its main consumers were Sec B and the packaging was designed to appeal to the masses. With the institutional packs targeted at sec A, the packaging needed to be relooked. We did just that.
We redesigned the packaging to look more premium as compared to the regular range to have more coherence between the perceived value & price. The cups & cones were made minimalistic by shedding the product shots, in exchange for the highlighted ingredients. Matt gold background and classy design differentiated it from the regular range. We capitalized on the signature drool appeal of the brand language, while adding contemporary and premium codes to the packaging design.
